Privacy Policy
This covers what STR Signal (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit str-signal.com or use the dashboard, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Questions go to support@str-signal.com.
1. When you visit this site
- We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit and
which pages they read. It sets cookies (named
_ga) and records the pages you view, the site that sent you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location. We don’t use it to identify you. - The first time you visit, a banner asks whether to allow these cookies. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland they stay off until you accept; elsewhere they are on unless you decline. Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s data and the banner asks again.
- You can also block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.
- We don’t run advertising on this site and don’t sell anything we learn from it.
2. When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you. The form is delivered to us by an email provider.
3. When you use the dashboard
- We read your properties, reservations, calendars and reviews from your Hospitable or Uplisting account, with the key you give us, to build your reports. Guest email addresses and phone numbers are never stored.
- We keep your sign-in details (name, email address, and a securely hashed password if you don’t sign in with Google) and the expenses, rates and reserves you enter.
- Each account has its own database, separate from every other customer’s.
- Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Who else handles it
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the providers that run the service for us: hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Google), sign-in with Google, and an AI model provider that reads the rows you paste when you import expenses. Each uses it only to provide that service to us.
5. Your choices
Email support@str-signal.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Customers can also ask for an export of their dashboard data when their subscription ends.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material for customers, we’ll email your account’s billing contact first.
