From Hospitable to answered in three steps.

  1. Paste a read-only key

    Create an API key in Hospitable under Apps → API keys, read-only, and paste it in. Nothing to install, nothing to import by hand.

  2. Your history loads

    Your properties, your booking history and everything already on the books sync in. After that the dashboard updates every day on its own, and whenever you hit Refresh.

  3. Glance, then dig in

    Revenue, occupancy and nightly rate for each property against last year. When one looks off, open its trend, its open nights and every stay behind the number. For owners, the P&L add-on turns each month into a statement.

Questions

Does it replace Hospitable's own reports?

No. Hospitable stays where you run the business: messaging, calendars and payouts. STR Signal sits alongside it and answers the performance questions: is this property up on last year, is next month on track, did that change work.

What can STR Signal do with my Hospitable key?

Read. The key you create is read-only, and STR Signal only ever reads from your account. It never changes a listing, a price or a booking.

How current is the data?

It syncs every day on its own, and you can refresh any time from the dashboard.
