Do I need a particular Hospitable plan?

No. Expenses, your management rate and owner reserves are entered in STR Signal, so the statement works on any Hospitable plan, and on Uplisting.

Can I send the owner a PDF?

Yes. Export PDF prints a paper statement under your business name, with your logo and contact details, ready to email.

What does it cost?
