How it works

From Uplisting to answered in three steps.

  1. Paste your API key

    Find it in Uplisting under Connect → API and paste it in. Nothing to install, nothing to import by hand.

  2. Your history loads

    Your properties, your booking history and everything already on the books sync in. After that the dashboard updates every day on its own, and whenever you hit Refresh.

  3. See the months ahead

    The six-month forecast shows how each month is filling. When one looks short, the vacancy gaps show which nights, ranked by the dollars in them. Managing for an owner? Add the P&L for a monthly statement.

Questions

Does it replace Uplisting's reports?

No. Uplisting stays where you run the business: bookings, channels, messaging and payments. STR Signal sits alongside it and answers the performance questions: is this property up on last year, is next month on track, did that change work.

What can STR Signal do with my Uplisting key?

STR Signal only ever reads from your account. It never changes a listing, a price or a booking.

How current is the data?

It syncs every day on its own, and you can refresh any time from the dashboard.

What does it cost?
